Our Mission . . . To provide a positive and supportive opportunity to local youths so they may grow to be successful role models and contribute positively to their community today, and into the future.

Our organization, the Tri-County Community Youth Project, is a local non-profit organization that raises funds to support local youth groups, individuals and youth projects with a special focus on building opportunities for young people in our communities.

Incorporated in 2008 by a small group of gals with a vision to make a difference, T.C.C.Y.P. is host to numerous local fundraising events to raise the funds necessary to achieve the goals of our organization and put many a smile on the faces of the kids who need us most.

Our efforts kicked off in early 2008 when we hosted Casino Night, followed by the inaugural Community Fest and Independence Day Parade on the South Shore of Lake Poygan. This inaugural event filled the streets of tiny Tustin with hundreds of bystanders who watched and cheered over one hundred parade entries as they passed through the parade route.

In addition to the Parade, the community enjoyed music, family entertainment, great food, human duck races and a grand fireworks display. We are looking forward to 2009 - The theme for Community Fest 2009 is "Rally Around America"
